Meet Me!
I am a wife to my dear husband and homeschooling Mommy to 5 children ages 2 yr – 13 yr. We are expecting our 6th baby in the summer of 2010. We live in God’s country, TN and are striving to raise our family for the Lord. I enjoy reading, cooking, cleaning, surfing the net, and just enjoying life with my family.
We try to live simply and frugally not just out of necessity but because we like it! I love to search for a good bargain and we rarely pay full price for anything. Yard sales, thrift stores, 2nd hand stores and hand-me-downs supply us with most of our needs.
Eating healthy is high on our list of priorities although we have been known to consume a twinkie here and there. I usually grind wheat and make our bread, and we try when possible to eat whole foods. On the other hand, we are not food snobs and I still make plenty of processed foods. I’d like to think we have a good balance.
Church and the ministry are our lives and we are happy to be serving in whatever capacity our Pastor needs. My husband is the assistant pastor and I play the piano and we both teach Sunday school & children’s church.
I like to write about all the things mentioned above, but you certainly will find me blogging about other topics such as gardening, decorating, and basically anything you’d chat with a friend about.
These are just a few things about me, but as you visit here at Better is Little, hopefully you’ll get to know me even better!

I came to check out the coupons you had mentioned on Face Book, but got side tracked by your menu.:-) I looks great!! I will have to try some of the meals! Now I am going to look at the coupons.
