Menu Plan Monday

Here’s my menu for the week. I’ve linked to recipes where I could. We try to eat a whole foods diet for the most part. We’re not perfect as evidenced by the brownies I’m drooling over in the oven right now but we try!
BREAKFASTS ~ whole wheat millet muffins, oatmeal, fruit
LUNCHES ~ Leftovers, salads, fruit, peanut butter sandwiches
SNACKS ~ Fruit, cheese w/ TLC Crackers, chocolate milk (Ovaltine)
MONDAY ~ Spaghetti w/ whole wheat noodles and homemade spaghetti sauce, salad
TUESDAY ~ Beans and rice
WEDNESDAY ~ Grilled chicken salad
THURSDAY ~ Easy Burritos
FRIDAY ~ Homemade veggie pizzas
SATURDAY ~ Sandwiches
SUNDAY ~ Baked Potatoes, deviled eggs, salad

Sound yummy! I suppose I should get busy and make out my menu for the week. Something tells me I am getting a little bit of a late start.

Everything looks great! We are trying to head towards the organic ourselves, its tough!
